The Normoxic Diver / Entry Level Trimix program trains those who wish to dive outside the recreational limit to depths as great as 200 ft. and not use air. Normoxic
Trimix limits narcosis, limits carbon dioxide retention and has sufficient oxygen to sustain life at the surface.
This course examines the theory, methods and procedures of helium mixes while diving. The objective of this course is to train divers how to plan and conduct a
standard staged decompression dive not exceeding a maximum depth* 200 fsw. The most common equipment requirements, gear set-ups, decompression
techniques and decompression mixtures is presented. Carrying stages containing travel mix and Oxygen for decompression.
Qualifies diver to: make dives post training to depths as deep as 200 ft utilizing mixtures containing at least 20% oxygen + - 1%
